Warm Places to Visit Outside India in Winter: Warm and Dry Versus Warm and Wet
In winter, warm is not the same as dry. Thailand, the Maldives and Dubai are warm and dry; Bali, Singapore and Mauritius are warm and wet.
Quick answer: For warm and dry weather from November to March, choose Thailand (Andaman coast and Bangkok), the Maldives, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Sri Lanka's south and west coast (from December), Phu Quoc, Zanzibar (December to February) and Egypt's south. Be careful with Bali, Singapore, Malaysia's west coast and Mauritius, which are warm but rainy in these months.
