At Trripah, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our users. The cancellation charges and refund amounts depend on the type of booking you have made and the time at which the cancellation request is submitted. Generally, if a cancellation is made well in advance of the scheduled booking date, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. As the cancellation date gets closer to the booking date, the applicable charges increase accordingly.
For land packages booked through Trripah, if you cancel 45 days or more before the scheduled check-in, you will not incur cancellation charges and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. However, if you choose to transfer the refund directly to your bank account, a nominal service charge may be applicable. For cancellations made between 31 and 44 days before check-in, a portion of the booking amount may be retained as cancellation charges, with the remaining balance refunded. In the event that a cancellation is made within 30 days of check-in, the full package cost may be subject to cancellation charges, resulting in no refund.
For other types of services, including flights, cruises, and supplemental services (such as visa processing or insurance), the cancellation policy may vary. Flight cancellations are typically governed by the airline’s own cancellation rules and fare conditions, and any refund or fees will depend on the airline’s policies. Cruise bookings may attract a cancellation fee if cancelled before a certain number of days prior to departure, and cancellations within a closer period may be governed by the cruise operator’s policy. Supplementary services generally incur full cancellation charges due to their non-refundable nature once booked.
If your booking includes use of the Trripah Wallet (a digital wallet balance within our system), any refunds will be credited to the wallet first, where applicable. Wallet credits are usually valid for a specified period from the date of issuance, after which they may expire. You may request bank transfer of wallet credit refunds where permitted, subject to any service charges that may apply.
In circumstances beyond your control or ours — such as natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events — services may be rescheduled or cancelled according to the discretion and policies of the respective service providers. In such cases, refunds or credits will be processed in line with the provider’s own terms and conditions.
