Zomunk vs MakeMyTrip vs Trripah Flight Finder: Which Should You Use?
Zomunk sends deal alerts, MakeMyTrip is a booking site, and Trripah Flight Finder shows live fares free with no login and a human to help. Here's how the three compare and when to use each.
Zomunk and MakeMyTrip get compared a lot, but they aren't really competitors. They do different jobs, and knowing which job you need saves money.
What Zomunk does
Zomunk is a flight deal alert service. It watches international round-trip fares from major Indian airports and flags the unusually good ones — big drops, mistake fares. It is not a booking platform: it sends you to Google Flights, an airline or an OTA to buy. Free members see a limited set of economy deals; premium unlocks the full feed.
What MakeMyTrip does
MakeMyTrip is an online travel agency. You search a route and date, compare fares and book on the spot — flights, hotels and more. It shows you what's available for *your* trip, rather than a curated list of standout deals.
The practical difference
- Zomunk answers: "what's an unusually good fare right now?" Useful if you're flexible on where and when.
- MakeMyTrip answers: "what's available for my dates, and can I book it here?" Useful once you've decided.
Many travellers use both: an alert to spot a rare deal, an OTA or fare board to check and buy.
Trripah Flight Finder: live fares, free, with a human to help
Trripah Flight Finder is a public fare board. Pick your city and destination and see fares now — no login, no subscription, no app. Where the other two split the job, this one covers both halves:
- Search on demand, like an OTA — from Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and more, international and domestic, plus a long weekend flights view
- A person behind every fare — the "Get help" button opens WhatsApp with a real Trripah travel expert who can add hotels, visas and a full itinerary to the flight
- Free — there's no premium tier holding the good fares back

Which is best: Zomunk, MakeMyTrip or Trripah Flight Finder?
For most trips, Trripah Flight Finder is the easiest starting point: free, no login, live fares, and a real person if you want the whole trip planned. Zomunk suits deal-hunters willing to wait for alerts; MakeMyTrip suits people who want to book a known itinerary themselves.
Is Zomunk better than MakeMyTrip?
They solve different problems. Zomunk flags standout fares but doesn't sell tickets; MakeMyTrip lets you search and book for your dates. Neither is strictly better — it depends on whether you're hunting a deal or booking a planned trip.
Can I book flights on Zomunk like on MakeMyTrip?
No. Zomunk shows the deal and sends you to Google Flights, an airline or an OTA to book.
